" Assists in preparing progress reports, technical reports, data tables, etc. " Maintains tactical responsibility for tracking project timelines, expenses, budgets, etc. " Creates, organizes, and manages project-related files, documents, and datasets. " Coordinates activities between program management, customer, and outside parties" Coordinates meeting planning, makes travel arrangements, arranges for external meeting accommodations " Coordinates project meetings which may include internal staff, customers, and other stakeholder participation." Prepares and distributes meeting materials, takes meeting minutes, and coordinates follow-up activities" Good communication and organizational skills. " Ability to exercise good problem-solving and to make decisions within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. " Attention to detail and ability to effectively and efficiently perform multiple tasks and balance competing priorities. " Previous meeting planning experience" Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. " Working knowledge of project management requirements and procedures.
