Program Manager

Halfaker and Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced program manager to lead a large IDIQ contract within the Federal Government. 

Program Manager Qualifications:

• Program Management Experience (5-10 years) – Responsible for all issue resolution, program management, and all other contract support including providing comprehensive account support for the PACTS contract; responsible for overall contract performance

• Contracting Experience (5-10 years) – Specifically within the Federal Government

• Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, etc.

• Strong Communication Skills – Communicate with team members and the DHS community regarding TOs and other opportunities; act as the central point of contact with the Government for all program-wide technical issues; represent Halfaker at all post-award status meetings

• Strong Organizational Skills – Manage subcontractors/team members; coordinate and respond to all TOs that are released from DHS within the PACTS IDIQ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Subject Matter Area – Master’s Degree would be preferred
