This position is a contract to hire opportunity.Job Purpose: The Project Administrator is responsible for the on-going maintenance of the Company's core content for both on-line and instructor lead products. The Project Administrator will interface with Product Line Managers, and the Business Development Manager, to keep content information current and relevant in the systems used within the company for planning and reporting purposes (Kpower and KHub at a minimum).The Project Administrator will also be responsible for interfacing with key various 3rd party partners EK supports for support of planning and execution of updates to 3rd party content such as e-ref and BrainBench. The Project Administrator will work closely with CI project coordinator to assist as necessary in support of reporting status of content integration projects.The Project Administrator will also be responsible for managing the relationship with 3rd party accreditation organizations, and be the key resource to interface with the PLM's as to status and updates to these key relationships (IACET, NASBA, and PMI).Job Responsibilities: Support to Product Operations Manager-==> Directly supports LP Project Managers and LP PLMs in tasks associated with managing said projects and programs to include: Market research under direction of PLM. Project support documentation filing and upkeep. Preparation of various project and product status reports and performance indices.==> Provide back up & direct support to the daily operation related to the administration of on-line and ILT based learning content information reporting. Assuring information in key systems such as KHub and KPower are correct and maintaining said content.==>Assists in developing plans and programs to support accreditation initiatives (ie NASBA/CPE, IAET/CEU, HRCI, etc.) Manages the submission, relationship & maintenance of key accreditation projects. Interfaces with accreditation agencies and support personnel to drive project timelines and timely feedback.Support to Compliance Product Line Manager-==> Performs creation of legal files, scheduling/managing appointments, and all areas of organizing documents, correspondences, contracts, and briefs.==> Reviews and edits prepared documents for accuracy. May investigate facts for projects from existing files and draft a summation. Joint Support==> Provide ad hoc support to product and business team for product and project assistance in variety of capacities to support on-going initiatives.== > Provides administrative support to the VP of Learning ProductsKey Challenges of the Job: Managing changing priorities.Attention to detail with regard to data integrity and reporting with EK systemsAbility to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.Knowledge and Skills:Professional demeanor and extremely comfortable communicating information to attorneys, executives, business partners, and internal staff. Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, Powerpoint, Excel). Experience working with Information Technology (systems and databases) from an operator standpoint.Education and Experience:Associates degree or equivalent experience.Project Management experience a plus.
