Project Analyst (Call Center)

Position: Call Center Project Analyst

We currently have an opening for a Call Center Project Analyst in our Tampa FL call center.

Responsibilities:

· Work with solution architects to develop transition project plans to onboard new business

· Design and implementation of project status reports

· Organize data gathering

· Track assignments and project resources

· Coordinate interdepartmental tasks (telephony, VPN, change requests, etc.)

· Identify and document project requests

· Provide weekly updates/ delivery of project plans

Experience:
