The Project Analyst / Researcher works closely with the recruiters and other internal clients developing and executing these efforts to provide research support aimed at generating candidate flow for our specialized projects.   Responsibility Overview:  Complete research snapshots for both assigned projects and possible new business Research and recommend appropriate project and search strategies for new projects, and update / modify strategies on an ongoing basis. Proactively identify candidates by utilizing online databases, job boards, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as through various networking means. Help develop a pipeline of candidates for the recruitment team in order to facilitate recruiter productivity and generate a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment lifecycle. Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process Manage external vendor relationships (eg. job boards, associations, 3rd party partners; maintain separate tracking of resources and associated costs Ideal Qualifications:· Undergraduate degree.· 5+ years work experience with at least 3 in an analytical, reporting or recruiting role; recruiting preferred.· Must be able to multi-task – work in a timely fashion to meet strict deadlines – and be self-motivated.· Strong communicator – to establish rapport with both internal and external contacts of varying personalities with multiple needs.· Should be a resourceful, proactive individual who combines a strong detail orientation with the ability to “think outside the box.â€�  · Must have a professional, “can doâ€� attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.· Experience with Boolean searching and identifying passive candidates is a plus To validate your interest please: All submissions are confidential.
