We are looking for a natural leader to join our Consumer Decision Support and Advocacy team as a Project Manager to increase the overall efficiency of inpatient utilization. Explore the excellent benefits and personal and professional growth available when you apply your expertise to the following:  Rolling out new protocol for providers on new patients, claims appeals, etc. Improving turnaround time of processes Writing project plans and forming teams Identifying roles and needed skills of each team member Aiding in the development of operational processes to support business changes Supporting business areas when roadblocks are encountered Reporting project status to senior managementThe ideal candidate will have solid project management, analytical and cross-functional leadership skills. Six Sigma training or project management certification is desired, as is a background working in the healthcare or insurance field. Experience working on a virtual team is ideal. Facilitation training or certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Visio and Project are essential. Familiarity with CCS would be helpful.
