WorldatWork, a premier HR educational association located in the Scottsdale Airpark, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Information Technology Department.  

The Project Manager, IT is responsible for the direct supervision of staff performing crystal report development work, as well as managing and overseeing the operations and administration of assigned projects for both the report and systems development teams.  Projects will include business sponsored initiatives, departmental projects, including IT development policies and procedures and crystal report requests.  The Project Manager, IT provides leadership, coordination, analytical and communication skills to ensure projects are completed and meeting organizational objectives.  This position collaborates with individuals performing IT systems analysis and development work, as well as other stakeholders to determine the best approach for project requests and provide recommendations.

 Must be able to work independently and exhibit a high degree of initiative in developing recommended solutions and resolving problems and have excellent attention to detail.  A good understanding of web technologies, database structures and crystal report development is essential.  Java application, Oracle database and/or Crystalreport development project management experience is a plus.

This position requires six years of prior project management experience in systems and application development, crystal report development or related area, supervisory experience and advanced level proficiency with all MS Office applications.  Undergraduate degree is required.
