Project Manager, Litigation Support Programming

Merrill Lextranet is currently seeking a dedicated Programming Project Manager for our Litigation Support Team.  Previous experience in a legal and electronic discovery environment is preferred!  Strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail and technical aptitude are key for this role. REQUIREMENTS:  Mange all aspects of Litigation Support projects of moderate scope and complexity including planning, execution, timing functionality, quality and cost. Acts as liaison between Programming, Operations, Development and Mangement to establish project scope & priorities. Facilitates effective technology solution planning sessions. Develop strong working relationship to support the review of workflow & production management systems & assist in pinpointing needed changes Prepares reports for senior management regarding status of project Investigate and resolve user complaints as well as facilitate solutions. Facilitate testing, training & user guide documentation, initial writing & updates on all new features & enhancements Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to projects.  SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  A minimum of two years of professional Litigation Support, electronic discovery programming project management experience. 2-5 years legal records, e-discovery experience with strong legal database knowledge.
