Concare, Inc., a leader in high performance industrial and commercial flooring, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire project cycle, from consulting on estimations to project execution and completion. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who can employ their negotiation and management skills in their interactions with both clients and Concare personnel.

The person best suited for this position will have a positive attitude and will have the energy to work well on client sites. The great majority of our work is local, and we are offering a car allowance to offset travel costs. Experience in flooring or a construction related field is preferable, but we are willing to provide training on the nuances of our industry and products. Summary of responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding budget expectations Enforcing safety policies Enforcing hands-on participation in craft training Upholding Concare’s quality standards Prompt reporting, direct communication, response and analysis of project and employee relations challenges Managing advancement of field personnel whether skill set or level Enforcing the company’s QP8 objectives Conducting field safety meetings Providing labor and material estimates for CORs and other projects as requested Performing pre-job inspection on all projects Conducting annual reviews for Leadmen, Supervisors and Installers

Qualifications:2-3 years experience in engineering, industrial service or construction project management Deep working knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office suite and database programs; knowledge of Access and Filemaker programs a plus; Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) Ability to inspect multiple industrial/construction sites daily, including physical ability to climb ladders, navigate obstacles and comply with on-site customer safety requirements Owns automobile and possesses valid driver’s license Ability to travel overnight (10%) Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification a plus
