We know you will be as excited about our business as we are.Visit our website at www.knowledgeadvisors.com.Project Specialist Role:Project Specialists work within the Services Team to help implement and support technology solutions for a portfolio of corporate and government clients.Responsibilities:1.    Assist in implementing technology solutions for enterprise clients by configuring accounts, surveys, reports, etc.2.    Provide customer support to clients by researching inquiries and issues.3.    Lead product training sessions to educate clients on technology functionality.4.    Prepare and audit custom reports using Microsoft Excel, Access, or PowerPoint.5.    Consult with clients to provide recommendations for learning measurement, evaluation, and reporting.Skills required:1.    Time, task, and project management2.    Written and verbal communication3.    Customer service4.    Software aptitude5.    Teamwork6.    Attention to detail7.    Data analysisExperience:2 to 4 years of professional work experience strongly desired.
