Responsible for: decomposing an RFP, outlining proposal requirements, creating a compliance matrix, creating section templates for writers, scheduling meetings, editing documents, creating word tables, organization charts and other graphics. Responsible for monitoring deadlines and schedules, tracking progress and following up with writers. Will coordinate proposal production, compile boilerplate, edit proposals and ensure quality control.Required SkillsPosition requires a four year degree. Incumbents must type the equivalent of a minimum 60 wpm accurately. The ability to work overtime and irregular hours is required. Individuals must interact well with all levels of employees and safeguard company proprietary information. Must be able to meet deadlines. Must possess visual acuity, that is, the ability to discern detail and color variations on a computer screen. Must have manual dexterity to input, validate and retrieve data via a computer keyboard.Required ExperienceExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and excellent knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling is needed. Although proposal experience is not required it is a plus.
