S/he will assist the Development staff in creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy to successful identify, engage, solicit and steward major donors and institutional prospects through in-depth research analysis.  S/he is responsible for maintaining information in The Raiser’s Edge database and ensuring appropriate entry of activity and biographical information.   Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2-4 years of related research experience, prospect research experience preferred. Internet research skills required.  Knowledge of the research resources Lexis-Nexis, Foundation Center, Hoovers, and SEC filings preferred. Highly-developed business writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and work closely in a team setting •MS Office proficiency required.
