Job Title: Quality Assurance

Job Mission:

 

To ensure all quality standards are met for ABODA Corporate Housing prior to a guest arrival.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 Inspect corporate housing unit using the QA checklist to ensure the apartment is guest ready. 75%Replace or restock any missing items. 10%Communicate to dispatch any work orders needed. 5%Restock van with necessary items. 5%Complete daily work orders for activities 5%

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 Make minor repairs necessary to meet quality standards.

 

Due to the seasonal/cyclical nature of our business, employees are asked from time to time to help out in other departments at various times throughout the year.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

 Eye for detail mandatoryAbility to lift and carry 30 lbs requiredMust have the ability to perform the task independently with minimal supervisionPossess the sense of urgency to complete the task quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality check standardsMaintenance skills a plus

 

Education, Training and Certification:

 Valid drivers licenseGood driving record
