Receptionist/Office Assistant

SUMMARY:

This position includes front desk, phones and provides support to different levels of the organization. This position includes working for multiple companies of varied types of businesses which are all owned and operated by its parent company. Companies have operated in Boca for over 7 years and are growing rapidly. Fast paced and exciting position of diversified tasks.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Receptionist and or Office Assistant experience necessary and must be computer literate with MS Office.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

- Answering all incoming phone lines, taking and delivering messages

- Typing: spreadsheets, correspondence, etc.

- Filing copying and faxing.

- Appointment setting: excellent customer service.

- Use of (required):

·  MS Office Professional

·  Access

·  Internet

- Other duties.

 

OTHER SKILS AND ABILITIES:

- Able to handle multiple tasks and various project type work

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Good verbal and written communications

- Good interpersonal skills

- Recognize and maintain confidentiality

- Have an extremely pleasant/positive attitude
