Recruiter

OVERVIEW  

Responsible for day to day dedicated recruitment support for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire personnel. Includes all aspects of executing recruitment strategies & driving the hiring process from requisition to on-boarding. Role will also encompass human resources support when applicable.  This position has possibility for growth.



JOB DESCRIPTION



· Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting

· Primary interface to hiring managers and human resources contacts, providing consultative assistance to managers throughout hiring process

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified pipeline of talent using proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies

· Attend job fairs throughout community to build database

· Maintains and updates Cambridge candidate database for current and future openings

· Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

· Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.

· Manages screening and initial interviewing, ascertaining credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

· Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.

· Prepare candidates for interviewing with interview team and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, department background, job descriptions, and expectation setting.

· Perform detailed reference checking and applicable pre-employment screening on selected candidates

· Ensures that all hiring process follow the legal requirements and regulations of both state and federal governments

· Create local advertising to attract candidates
