Recruiter-Entry Level or ExperiencedSagent Healthstaff, a fast growing healthcare staffing firm, is seeking 2-4 Nurse Recruiters for our National Recruitment Hub located in our Wellesley, MA office.

 

Sagent Healthstaff provides healthcare staffing solutions to client hospitals located throughout the USA.  We were recently voted Our services include providing clients with nurses and allied health professionals for travel and local contracts, daily per diem staffing, contract to hire and direct hire placement in targeted geographic areas.  The demand for quality healthcare professionals continues to rise.  The healthcare staffing industry has remained strong throughout economic changes.  

 

Position Requirements and Qualities:

 

Ø      Bachelor  Degree

 

Ø      Excellent phone personality

 

Ø      Excellent communication skills

 

Ø      Energetic

 

Ø      Ability or experience in delivering top Customer Service

 

Ø      Ability to develop lasting relationships

 

Ø      Ability to work as part of a company team

 

Ø      Self Starter

 

Ø      Organized and detailed

 

Ø      Facilitate in the hiring and managing of Nurses on Contract

 

Ø      Able to execute their daily plan of objectives

 

Ø      Ability to work in a fast pace and time urgent environment

 

Ø      Source Candidates via internal and external methods
