High energy, self motivated professional recruiter for high volume distribution centers.  This position will require approximately 25% travel and requires an individual that can produce results with little supervision.

Requires 2 – 5 years experience in recruiting and the know-how to coordinate all recruiting activities with hiring managers for full time and part time employees within different geographic areas.

 

Duties:

 

Recruits, screens, and interviews large volumes of candidates for full time and part time employment.

Develops and maintains an applicant pipeline utilizing advertising, local job boards, community involvement, employment agencies and local colleges.

Conducts pre-employment tests and reference checks.

Assist in all aspects of coordinating management interviews and follow up.

Provides training and guidance to hiring managers on policies, process, and regulatory issues. 

Provides clerical and administrative support to the warehouse management team.

Is knowledgeable and up to date on employment legislation; supports diversity.

Maintains files and records, processes employment applications, gathers and distributes employee information.

Updates personnel records and assists employees with forms and procedures.

May be responsible for training and orientation for new hires. 

Will be required to communicate regularly with various employment resources to update job openings. 

Requires clerical experience, computer proficiency and knowledge of internal human resource polices and procedures. 

Bi-lingual Spanish capabilities are a plus.
