Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist

Strategic Resources Alliance, Inc. is a fast-paced, professional services company that provides contingent workforce solutions to Fortune 1000 and Middle Market clients. We are looking for a full-time Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist in the Irvine area to join our dynamic and highly collaborative team.  We offer a base salary (that is determined by experience), plus commission structure that provides an opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually.  We also provide a benefits package that includes attractive medical benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsiblities include, but are not limited to:

·  Accountable for sourcing, thoroughly evaluating, and presenting candidates to our clients while managing costs;

·   Create and maintain strong relationships with key representatives in Fortune 1000 and middle market clients;

·  Utilize current and innovative sourcing methods including online networking, attending relevant association meetings; and maintaining contact with candidates in our internal network;

·  Manage projects from inception to completion;

·  Work closely with sales team and other inside teammates to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner;

·  Provide senior management with project status reports;

·  Utilize company database to keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions as they occur; and

·  Assist sales team in meeting and exceeding revenue-generating goals.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources Field;Highly motivated individuals with at least 5-7 years successful recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services environment; experience in financial services and/or Fortune 1000 companies is preferred but not required;Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills;Strong customer service and networking skills;Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and conduct self reflecting our company code of ethics; Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees, industry peers, and customersStrong planning and organizational skills ;Problem-solving skills and solution-driven approach;Ability to work independently and yet be a team player in a fast-paced working environment;AIRS certification preferred but not required.
