Recruiting Assistant/Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable individual to provide professional administrative services to the national recruiting division of a technology based growth company headquartered in the Denver Tech Center. This is a high visibility position that can lead to growth.

Primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the corporate recruiting process. Duties include sourcing and pre-screening candidates, preparing offer letters, managing new hire paperwork and setting up personnel files, and other recruiting associated administrative tasks.

Basic requirements include strong interpersonal skills with a minimum of 2 years experience working closely with executives. Computer and Internet literacy is a must, as is proficiency with Word and Excel. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and work independently while coordinating with team members in a fast paced environment. Strong work ethic, a quick mind and a professional telephone presence are essential.
