Our firm is searching for a Production Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients who is a leader in manufacturing.  This position will be located in the client's manufacturing facility in Mt. Olive, NC.  Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees the daily production operations of the shift, monitors operations for safety, efficiency, and quality, and oversees production staff, including hiring/training of personnel.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelors Degree in a related field (preferred) 4-5 years supervisory experience Strong analytical skills Extrusion background a plus Strong computer skills (Excel, Visio, Access) Experience in blending materials
