Regional Sales Manager, Executive Programs

CXO Media Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Executive Programs (Conferences) team. Ideal candidate will possess 3 - 5 years sales experience, preferably with high-end face to face events in the information technology and/or (physical) security markets. This individual will be responsible for selling conference sponsorships to executives in vendor companies along with developing and selling integrated marketing programs. Candidate must possess intimate knowledge of current IT or security concepts and vendor/user relationships as well as a proven track record in selling conference sponsorships to the executive level. Consultative sales experience is essential, as is demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with decision makers from the IT and security vendor community(s). Successful applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive level presentation skills, and the ability to succeed as an individual contributor while being able to work as a team player with our field sales force.
