Job Opening: Relocation/Cultural Training Coordinator

 

Global LT’s Relocation and Cultural Training department provides a full range of services including housing assistance, settling in services, business cultural training and cultural training for expatriates and their families. The right candidate will work in-house from our global headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.

 

Global LT is currently seeking an individual for the Relocation/Cultural Training Department to join our team.

 

Primary Objective: Coordination and evaluation of the Relocation and Cultural Training needs of our clients.  Delivery of professional bilingual guidance and support to international assignees and their families to help them adjust to new environments.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

   Organizational Activities:

·   Daily communication with vendors and clients

·   Scheduling and monitoring of  assignments

·   Maintain profitable and timely billing cycle

 

Coordination of Vendors and Performing Quality Control:

·    Maintain extensive communication within the department and with the vendors

·    Troubleshooting and resolution of various conflicts as they arise

·    Ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed to maintain the highest quality of service

 

Interviewing / Hiring / Training:

·    Vendors include domestic and international

·    Ensure vendors thoroughly understand Global LT’s policy and procedures

 

Research and Development:

·                                 Research of new trends in the relocation and cultural training industries

·                                 Developing new concepts and proposals

·                                 Participating in events

 

Qualifications include:

·    German language skills required

·    Bachelors of Arts or its equivalent

·    Customer service skills

·    The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

·    Superior written and spoken communication skills

·    Strong computer skills and organizational skills

·    Problem solving and decision making skills
