As a result of company growth, we are seeking a Renewal Account Manager to be apart of our Chicago sales team.
The Renewal Account Manager will focus on renewing and developing current relationships with strategic accounts. This role includes relationship building skills and the ability to sell additional services to an existing client base. Main Tasks/Responsibilities: Meet monthly account renewal rate goal as detailed in compensation planMeet sales activities as detailed in compensation planSell additional services to assigned clienteleDocument all client calls and transactions in the appropriate CRM applicationConduct client training/support on different software applications Responsible for passing leads in a timely mannerWork with multiple internal client service groups to ensure the customer experience is seamlessImplement large scale enterprise wide systems into a variety of different corporate and agency settingsConsult with client to ensure premium value is being gainedPre and post-sales consultation responsibility (renewal and up-sell of services)Additional duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 3 years inside sales experienceA communications, public relations or journalism background preferredProficient using a variety of software applicationsExperience selling or demonstrating softwareBachelor s degree strongly preferred Additional Requirements: Able to work as a team player in coordinating and implementing sales objectives as well as independentlyNeeds minimal support, training and guidance from managementOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEffective time management and organizational skills
