Research Associate

Bellomy Research Inc. (BRI), a Honomichl Top 50 and one of the fastest growing marketing research firms in North America, has an immediate opening for a Research Associate in our Winston Salem, NC headquarters.  Bellomy Research is a full service marketing research consultancy that provides strategic insight, knowledge and direction to some of the most respected organizations in the US.

A Research Associate is responsible for planning, managing and completing day to day logistical and operational support for assigned custom research projects.  This position works closely with assigned Client Services staff as well as representatives of Call Center Services, Marketing Sciences and our Internet Research group to assist in executing research projects. This role is instrumental in insuring that the work we do for our clients is done in a quality manner and on time resulting in long lasting relationships with our clients.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience.  Must be able to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to think logically and be well organized is essential.  Also critical are good written and oral communication skills. 



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Comprehensively plan for and complete operational details of marketing 
research studies including telephone, internet and field studies

-Schedule workflow of multiple simultaneous projects and monitor to 
ensure deadlines are met

-Input data

-Pretest logic of marketing research surveys

-Assist with coding and report formatting, develop banner and tab plans

-Create computerized graphs and charts using current software (Excel, 
Word, PowerPoint, and Access)

- Manage vendors on a nationwide basis:  audit research field sites, ship 
  and receive research materials and ensure accuracy of all work completed

-  Provide excellent service to internal and external clients while 
  maintaining professionalism, courtesy and a desire to serve

-  Enforce highest standards of accuracy and quality in all facets of the 
  research process









Skills/Qualifications Required:

- Associate or bachelor degree

-   Minimum 5 years administrative experience

-   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines

-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to superior quality work

-   Excellent written and oral communications skills

-   Advanced user of all MS Office applications

Training provided on marketing research specific skills but must be able to learn quickly and possess necessary administrative abilities listed above.
