Research Specialist

Overseeing data collection, conducting data and or statistical analysis, providing data findings, reports and feedback to multidisciplinary teams.  Participation on various workgroups. edditing and performing statistical and or data analysis and research as needed, interpreting data and reporting on the research by developing summaries of findings.  May generate hard copy reports from various sources. Develop research plans as needed.  May provide technical support to internal staff to resolve issues and or questions relating to identified software.  Work with Quality Assurance and Information Systems Departments to fulfill requirements of the po

Must be self motivated, organized, efficient and able to work independently as required.  Experience in data collection and analysis highly desirable.  Skilled with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint presentations, Excel, and visual presentation of data findings are essential. Excellent documentation skills utilizing standardized software applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail. Ability to read, write, interpret and explain technical and/or complex information. Experience with data analysis; understanding of strategic planning. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Must have and maintain a valid CA drivers' license and automotive liability insurance.
