Wellspring is currently seeking a Retirement Consulting Manager/Director to work with clients and Wellspring Partner teams to analyze, design and implement human resource cost management findings, recommendations and solutions. Key Responsibilities Include: o Prior C-suite interaction o Sales experience with accountability and proven success o Experience leading projects and engagements o Deep knowledge of retirement plans o Consulting firm background/experience a MUST, preferably in big accounting/consulting firm or big HR consulting firm o 10-15 years in retirement consulting, experience with healthcare consulting not required Technical Skills: o Defined benefit (pension) and defined contribution Plan consulting o Performance evaluation and fiduciary compliance o Cost analysis o Recordkeeping, trustee and custodial search and replacement o Modeling and impact analysis of assumption changes, asset returns and other key variables on pension expense and funding requirements o Evaluating benefit provisions against those of other organizations o Consulting actuary experience, would be a plus o Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Job Requirements The ideal candidate will possess BA/BS or higher degree in Human Resource Management, strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer skills and HR consulting experience required. SPHR or CEBS desired. Must have access to direct flights and be willing to travel 80+%.
