Our Risk Advisory Services (RAS) practice provides comprehensive risk services through a suite of strategic, outsourcing, and industry-focused operational solutions that help companies around the world evaluate and enhance their risk management functions. RAS seeks a consummate team player with a strong work ethic and excellent professional skills for the role of Manager. This professional will plan, lead and advise clients on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of risk and compliance functions. As a member of Ernst & Young's Risk Advisory team, the Manager leads multiple service line engagement teams, establishes working relationships with key clients at the project management and project oversight levels, and is responsible for business development activities on strategic priority accounts. RAS services include: Enterprise Risk Assessment; Risk Remediation; ERP Advisory Services; Business Transformation Advisory; Regulatory and Compliance Operations Management; Risk and Integration Strategy; and Program Advisory Services. ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise in complex process assessment, design, and architecture implementation, industry processes and solutions, risk minimization and performance optimization to identify and creatively solve complex business issues. Manage and supervise process and functional design activities; Establish engagement objectives and scope of work; establish the budget; and take responsibility for the overall execution of the large and complex projects through wrap-up and final delivery.Develop and maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel. Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement. Manage expectations of service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and new pronouncements/standards relevant to the client's business. Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation.Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Generate new business opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines. Develop long-term client relationships and networks. Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply EY's services. To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field; MBA preferreda minimum of 5 years of experience in providing advisory services in the risk and regulatory function and other operational areas that impact compliance; previous experience with a large professional services organization preferred. a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience would be acceptable for those holding a relevant graduate degreeexperience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and transition support; a demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the C level of Fortune 500 companies Proven experience in program and project management for business transformation, organizational strategy, business process gap analysis, and target state modeling. experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members in a collaborative environment strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills excellent oral and written communication skills a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic an ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges Successful candidates must be available to travel as needed within and outside of the U.S. and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
