About the position:

 

We are seeking outside sales professionals who enjoy working independently, building customer prospects and relationships, and utilizing a technical, consultative approach to sell service based solutions.  You will be responsible to identify, propose and close new sales of pest prevention and consulting services to commercial customer prospects within your assigned territory. You will work with internal leads and will be expected to aggressively self-generate and develop sales prospects. You will also maintain a prospect and customer (CRM) database. The ideal candidate is independent, customer service/problem-solving oriented with significant experience and success working within a business-to-business outside sales environment.

 

Qualifications:

 

Ø At least 5 years prior experience and a stable work record in business-to-business service-related sales.

 PestManagement, Restaurant, Grocery, Food service/manufacturing industry or other related background are

valuable.  We will train the right person in the technical aspects of our Pest Management services.

 

Ø Well developed prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

 

Ø Basic computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office and Customer database management.

 

Ø Customer service orientation and team problem-solving approach to Customer relations.

 

Ø Ability to quickly assimilate the technical knowledge of Pest Management from both classroom and field

training. 

 

Ø Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

 

Ø Acceptable pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.

 

Ø Related college degree, technical certifications are preferred.
