SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Summary:
Tonas Graphics is a 23 Y.O. Business Products Dealer located in Greentree. We are seeking an analytical individual with good interpersonal skills with some experience or aptitude in electronics repair and customer service sales.  Tonas Graphics is proud of its high volume sales of Poster Printing machines to the Education and Graphics markets. The successful candidate will join our team as the Technical Service and Sales Representative who will be responsible for maintaining our high standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Tonas Graphics wants a highly driven, smart individual that will take over the responsibility for Tonas Graphics sold equipment performance and customer service satisfaction.. Our comprehensive training program & close ongoing support will give you the tools and direction you need to be successful. You will earn a competitive salary and have the opportunity to make monthly sales commissions. You will receive .40 per mile auto allowance and receive paid holidays, vacation pay, group health benefits options and much more. Income potential begins at projected $30,000 in year 1 to $60,000 in year 3 and progressively continues from there on a sales performance basis. You will have to think on your feet and problem solve on the fly, present yourself in a professional and confident manner over the phone and in person. Your responsibilities will be to:Receive customer service calls, trouble shoot, diagnose and schedule field service. Perform in the field Poster Printer device repairs successfully on the first call as a result of your accurate diagnosis, technical expertise and removal and use of needed parts. Responsible for maintaining service needed parts inventory. Perform needs based sales presentations on service agreements and new equipment upgrades then makes purchase recommendations. Create and customize sales proposals for service estimates, maintenance agreements and new equipment, writes sales orders and completes warranty claims.
