SQL Database AnalystYonkers, NYPosition Description: Emerging Health Information Technology seeks an experienced database analyst to join a team that is developing data warehouse solutions for health care clients. Primary responsibility will be to:• Use SQL research and analyze clinical data sources to -- Document data dictionaries with business rules of the data -- Document data flow requirements for ETL processing -- Develop extraction routines to pull data from source systems• Use an in-house developed ETL tool to configure data flows from source systems to the data warehouse• Help define, implement and maintain data quality standards.• Help define and implement a data integration process to merge multiple clinical sources into one integrated repository.Requirements:• Bachelors degree required, preferably in computer science or Healthcare related• Advanced T-SQL proficiency including procedure and function writing• Experience with Transact or ANSI SQL including query optimization• Technical writing skills to document business rules extracted from data analysis• Nice to have skills include: Understanding of Clinical Data, Data warehouse design and best practices, Data ModelingEOE - M/F/V/DNo agencies, please.Qualified Applicants send resume to: databasejobs@emerginghealthit.com
