Sales Administration Manager

CVISION Technologies (www.cvisiontech.com) is a rapidly growing digital media software company based in the heart of Queens, N.Y.  CVISION clients consist of industry leaders in the fields of financial services, banking, government, real estate, and law; we are used by over 100 Fortune 500 Companies.  Our Forest Hills office sits directly atop a subway station offering access to both the "E" and "F" lines, which makes for a very simple route to and from anywhere in NYC, or Long Island.

 

We are looking to hire a Sales Administration Manager position. An ideal candidate would be a recent, motivated college graduate with a strong desire to learn and gain experience with a growing software company.  This is full-time position with strong growth potential.

 

Responsibilities Include:• Maintaining sales tools, contracts, datasheets, presentations, price lists, quotes, competitive info• Receive & route incoming sales calls and emails.• Support requirements from International resellers. • Prepare reports based on sales activities/trends

• Acquire knowledge of Goldmine (CRM) and assure it is operating properly. • Make outgoing calls to customers & prospects for marketing data and assure customers are happy

• Support/backup salespeople • Support online store, help prospects purchase over the web. • Coordinate & track results of sales meetings. • Handle 1st line support for customer non-technical problems & returns. • Accept POs or Credit Card payments and place orders. 

 

Requirements:• 2 to 4 years experience working in a corporate environment• Excellent interpersonal skills• Good writing skills• Knowledge of MS Office • College Degree• Ability to multi-task • Attention to detail • Positive attitude and desire to learn

 

Salary: $38,000 to $50,000/ per year (depending upon qualifications)
