POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Provide expert assistance to sales representatives in a variety of situations

Provide administrative assistance to the sales manager & sales department

Process quotes for sales representatives

Provide customer support from an inside sales perspective

Build & maintain relationships with customers & vendors

Prior administrative experience required

Expert Microsoft Word & Excel skills - AS/400 experience a plus

Clear, professional communication skills (written, oral & interpersonal)

Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
