GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION Superb opportunity for a tenacious and outgoing sales professional.We are currently seeking a success-driven individual to join our teamas a Sales Representative. Responsible for Inbound and Outboundselling and servicing accounts assigned to you. Candidate will usecurrent contacts, knowledge of the industry and product, and coldcontacts to generate sales leads. 2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Include and are not limited to the below: Sourcing * Identifying viable client prospects from various sources includingbut not limited to: directories, contact lists, databases, leads,internet resources, and personal networking, inbound and outboundcalls * Attending industry-related functions for networking opportunitiesand enhanced product knowledge Account Management * Securing new business; turning prospects into clients * Maintain account lists and soliciting new business * Develop proposals * Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, and advertising proposals * Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing topquality service * Negotiate within set boundaries 3. JOB REQUIREMENTS The successful candidates must possess exceptional communication,presentation and negotiation skills. They must be self-motivated, goaldriven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast pacedenvironment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All employees areexpected to bring a positive attitude to the work place and becheerful, cooperative and productive. In addition, the right candidatemust have: * Bachelors Degree * At least 3 years experience selling stock photography to largecorporate buyers * Excellent communication and management skills * Experience with one-on-one meetings, and presentations to largeclients locally (client visits) and remote (virtual presentations) * Ability to manage and build out a sales team * Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals * Ability to negotiate pricing within given boundaries * Strong knowledge of the stock photography industry, it´s players,their content, and the different sales models within * Have a professional demeanor and speaking voice * Demonstrates professionalism in all modes of communication andinteraction, both internally and externally * Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literatePLEASE NO CALLS OR EMAILS.
