Responsibilities

 

New Business Development:

 

- New Sales Rep training thru web based technology on such topics as;

o Recognition Technology platforms (ESR, Giftnet, Finadirect)

o MCF Awards web site and sales intranet

o PIF’s and sales library

o Type of programs, materials request forms…etc.

o Multimedia message campaigns and creation assistance

o Ten most common mistakes by new hires!

- Organize and schedule training with internal departments for on-site LIC sales rep training. 

- Participation in the monthly audio conference calls and producing content.

- Develop content for such projects as;

o Bi-weekly sales newsletter

o New Multimedia campaigns

o Case studies for new verticals

o Sales contest communication pieces

- Educate sales reps on best practices for successful programs

- Bi-weekly conference calls with National Sales Directors to share:

o Success or best practices that need to be communicated

o Challenges or concerns representing a majority of reps

o Review upcoming projects from NSD’s

o Understand which reps need support on upcoming deals

- Communication to NSD’s and VP Sales on unsuccessful practices of Reps. (not following minimums)

- Keep sales library updated with Solutions Selling samples

- Provide support and liaison with International Opportunities

- Provide support in creative needs- PP presentations, email blast

- Provide support for trade shows, sales meetings etc.

- Perform special projects for Vice President of Sales and National Sales Directors as required.

- Integrity of Programs- Programs metrics, budgets, minimums pricing etc.

 

Relationship Management:

 

- Support sales reps on driving new programs into existing accounts:  FANS, Safety, Wellness or Points

- Assist with gathering year end presentation numbers

- Assist reps with understanding internal departments and process

-  Direction for issue resolution or share key contacts to reach

-  Direction for PIF process for changes or updates
