Inc. is looking for self-confident, self-motivated experienced Sales Inventory Control Coordinator to manage the Inventory Control process, Municipal Bid process, trade show arrangements, machine order process and more to report to the General Manager in our Woburn location. In this individual contributor role, the qualified candidate will prefer a small office environment and love to wear many hats. This role is diverse and waiting for the right candidate to take the ball and run!

The Sales & Inventory Control Coordinator will be sales and business process savvy and very organized. You will also provide administrative support to the GM as needed.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Wholesale Ordering of Machines and Attachments
• Enter/Update/Maintain Inventory in EBS
• Code Invoices/Receiving Documentation to Inventory Units
• Maintain Inventory Machine Files
• Pre-Arrange Factory Freight/Shipments
• Distribute Inventory Report (Internal and External)
• Assign Work Orders New Machines Construction and Environmental
• Auditing Attachment Inventory & Inventory Values
• Maintain Branch Inventory Levels/Status
• Pricing New Machines/Attachments – Construction
• Pricing New Machines/Attachments – Environmental
• Arrange Demonstrations/Factory Demo Units
• Manage Municipal Bid Process: Pricing, Factory Discount Requests, Bid Tabs, Bid Bonds, Machine Order, Billing
• Coordinate Machine Delivery
• Maintain Bid Log and Files
• Receiving/Processing New Machine Sales Orders
• Assist Walk In Customers and Sales Calls
• Manufacturer Point of Contact: Attachment and Environmental Products
• Forecasts/Business Plans (Environmental Product Lines)
• Annual Price Pages
• Equipment Shows Support
• Industry Associations (Primarily Environmental)
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5+ years of directly relevant experience required. Experience in heavy equipment or construction equipment preferred.
• Experience with purchase order processing and receipt of goods necessary
• Experience working in a small office environment required
• Experience setting up processes and procedures for sales and inventory departments
• Experience dealing with customers both on the phone and in-person
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with all levels within an organization
• Computer proficiency with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
