Sales Lead Generator

Job Purpose:

Responsible for meeting sales goals, expansion and profitability of assigned store and backing up other store locations when needed.  Weekly meetings with staff at home office and any sales training necessary to obtain goals.



Duties:

* Be neat, knowledgable and outgoing.  Participate in store activities.  Keep area in and around our display clean and sharp looking. 

* Make sure literature is current.  Be sure hand out material is up to date and presentable.


* Leads must be handled appropriately-contact office as soon as customer agrees to set approximate date.



* Knowledge of principals and processes customer and professional services.  This includes customer needs assessment of quality standards for services, and evaluations of customer satisfaction.



* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.


* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
