Sales Manager Consulting Services
Location: Boston/ New York area
The Sales Manager is responsible for selling Citrix, SoftGrid, and VMware consulting services to enterprise customer. This Position requires a proven track record of solution sales of Citrix, SoftGrid, or VMware, must possess strong work ethic, executive selling experience and customer relationship management abilities.
Responsibilities
• Identify and build profitable long-term relationships with new medium size and enterprise accounts.
• Generate revenue by developing and closing new business.
• Manage and participate in the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting and closing on sales opportunities.
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Login Consultants service offerings.
• Within your territory, identify opportunities, and qualify the business requirements.
• Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within customer database/pipeline.
• Follow-up on all leads via the phone, email and customer appointments.
• Deliver product/services information to customers upon request.
• Develop customer proposals, RFP responses, business cases, and final presentation to C-Level executives.
• Effectively negotiate questions, concerns, objections, and opportunities from prospects & clients.
• Successfully negotiate and close a qualified customer opportunity within a predictable sales cycle.
• Obtains all signatures required for customer quotation and SOW.
Qualifications
• 4+ year successful track record selling Citrix, Softgrid, and VMware consulting services
• Proven ability to help executives solve business problems using technology; a solution seller
• Experience selling and demonstrated working knowledge of at least one of the following: Citrix, SoftGrid, and VMware
• Experience selling to high-level technical decision makers (CEO, CFO, CSO, CTO and CIO) and recommending solutions
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications, and the managed service environments
• Experience building, manage and maintain strong business relationships with clients that result in ongoing revenue growth, long-term profitability, and long-term account retention
• Able to prospect and develop qualified opportunities, leading to closure of new business
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach, high energy and proven success in the development of new business opportunities.
• Aggressive, action-oriented, results-oriented, strong business case development and closing techniques.
• Effectively problem solves and exhibits the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Experience with PCs & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to be self sufficient and be coached.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and professional.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
