Sales Manager - Inside - Build and Lead Your Own Team!
One View, Inc. offers document management and archiving solutions to businesses across the U.S.A., including some of the nation’s largest, most prestigious auto dealerships. Our privately held, entrepreneurial company was founded 11 years ago and has enjoyed more than 40 quarters of sales growth. Due to continuing expansion, we are seeking new members to join our team.
The Inside Sales Manager role is a critically important hire and will report directly to the President of the company, with responsibility for overseeing and leading our sales and related service/sales support functions. The first order of business for the selected candidate will be to recruit and manage a talented team of inside sales (“hunters”) and account executives (“farmers”) capable of achieving and exceeding our business goals.

Responsibilities:
As the Inside Sales Manager, your primary areas of accountability include (but are not limited to):
· Setting objectives and driving profitable revenue growth; achieving and exceeding sales targets
· Recruiting effective, qualified resources
· Managing, coaching, developing, and retaining, successful sales and account executives
· Training the team and ensuring effective application of the One View sales methodology, which is customer-centered and consultative.
· Ensuring proper documentation of sales activities using company-designated tools (e.g., CRM)
· Administrative oversight of sales processes, expenses & expense reports, etc.
· Supporting key customer account relationships
· Gathering market intelligence and competitor information; sharing this information with mgmt.
· Contributing to the development of sales collateral and/or presentation materials (as appropriate and necessary), promotional efforts, and ongoing product enhancements
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills (customer interactions are by phone & e-mail)
· Very strong listening skills and a customer-centered, consultative approach
· Passionate, entrepreneurial, outgoing and creative, with a strong desire to succeed
· Outstanding coaching skills and the desire to lead a team and manage the sales cycle from qualification and needs assessment, to demonstration (on-line) and closing
· Experience with computers, the Internet, Microsoft Office products, other software
· At least 5 years of successful experience in similar inside sales management roles
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation package: Annual base salary in the $50,000 - $60,000 range plus uncapped, performance-based bonus and benefits.
