Sales & Office Coordinator
Proshred Security is the originator of the on-site mobile shredding business! We're expanding in Northern Virginia and we're looking for a first-class Sales & Office Coordinator (SOC) for our office in Sterling, VA.
We target all businesses with 10+ employees. We use a consultative approach to educate our potential customers regarding current Federal, State, and local legislation which now mandate the proper handling and disposal of sensitive personal information. In addition we can show the potential customer how they can save time and money by using our service.
The SOC will support both the sales team and general office operations. Duties include fielding customer phone inquiries, entering and tracking sales orders, processing payments, maintaining adequate stocks of supplies and equipment, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal SOC candidate will have a college degree and prior office administration or sales administration experience. Computer literacy is a must, and Quickbooks proficiency is a big plus. A positive attitude, high energy and excellent phone skills are also desired.
We offer competitive a salary and benefits and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment for the right candidate. The office is scheduled to open June 1, 2008, so we expect the SOC to start in early May 2008.
