Sales Project Manager

 

U V International, LLC (Cedar Knolls, NJ) an established and growing company is now hiring an experienced and committed Sales Project Manager to work for a firm with high standards and solid values. We provide extensive training, support and coaching for the selected candidates. Our target markets are manufacturers of ferrous and non-ferrous components for industries such as pumps, valves, fire protection, mining, HVAC, etc.

 Job Description

Find and develop new sources of revenue for UV International. This includes but is not limited to:

Developing New Customers and Products, Maintaining relationships with established customers, Answering Customer Inquiries and Progress Updates, Meeting or Exceeding Sales Goals, and other duties as needed. Limited travel possible.





Start Date

The candidate we select will be expected to begin work immediately.

• Ability to carry each project from cradle to grave




• Responsible for achieving sales goals

• Rejection – Handles negative responses from the buyer without personalization.

• Assertive – Facilitates the sales process in a determined but friendly way.

• Interpersonal Skills – Relates and adapts effectively to different personality styles.




Mandatory Requirements:

• Computer competent (MS Office, internet, email, etc.).

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience a plus

• Ten years experience in sales and project management; experience in selling imported products or industrial products is a plus

• Verifiable track record of success in sales and project management.

 Compensation

Because of the average time it takes to complete a sale (6-8 months) your income will increase dramatically each year. Below is a realistic timeline:

Year 1: 60K – 70K

Year 2: 80K - 100K which includes a base salary of 50K plus commission

Year 3: 100K - 130K which includes a base salary of 40K plus commission
