Responsibilities

· Network within the community to establish lead referral relationships.

· Complete sales opportunities for company generated and self-generated leads.

· Maintain and continue to develop a network of company certified contractors.

 

Basic Requirements

45Fix is seeking an individual who is capable of starting part-time to establish business while leveraging existing sales skills and an established client base. Must have a proven track record of business and people-management skills.  Sales Director is responsible for managing strong partnering relationships between 45Fix and local lead generators.

 

Highly Desirable

Familiarity and sales experience with the real estate industry is valuable, as are relationships with potential business partners that can provide leads for home improvement projects (estimators, insurance adjusters, home décor sellers, lenders, appraisers, realtors, etc.).

 

Compensation

Sales Director compensation includes commissions, profits interests, and reimbursements.



 

Detailed Opportunity Information

45Fix Sales Directors build a local referral base for home improvement and renovation projects, and work to sell contracting services.  The Customer Service Representatives in the 45Fix Call Center handle the day-to-day responsibilities of coordinating customer projects.  The Call Center involves the Sales Director in projects when there is an opportunity or need that warrants involvement of a local support/sales resource.  The position should grow with the Company to include oversight of Field Representatives and expansion to adjacent markets.
