We currently have openings in our outbound customer support and sales function located in our Chatsworth center. Agents contact current Sears customers to offer high-value protection agreements related to the repair of their home appliances.  There is no cold calling - all customers have an existing relationship with Sears. Our successful agents have a competitive drive, energetic style and are highly motivated to use passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism to deliver a proven message on an outstanding set of products. This winning combination builds trust in Sears and all our products and services.  To be considered... candidates must have customer service experience, PC proficiency, and sales skills.  English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus. Schedules...We have various PT and FT-30hour work schedules available within the hours of 2-9pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays 7-4 and rotating Sundays 8-5. One weekend day per week and some holidays required.
