MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
Seeks new customers by continuous prospecting following company planned sales strategies and tactics with a focus on growing the Business High Speed Data product. Maintain and increase sales volume from established accounts Meet pre-established activity and results quotas. Assist customer’s and prospects in attaining their goals through proper utilization of Comcast’s products and services and ensures goodwill between customers and Comcast. Address customer complaints quickly and advise management promptly of any situation outside position’s scope of authority. Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, providing feedback and suggestions to management regarding new product addition and existing product definition. Complete required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules and call expense reports. Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records as instructed and participate in development of sales forecasts Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience.

Experience: Min. 1-3 years experience in business to business outside sales. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and handle sales presentations.
