Help Allstate continue to be a leader in the Financial Services and Insurance industry by acting as the Insurance Agent who provides service to clients' changing insurance needs; develops base for long-term sources of clients; approaches potential clients; determines clients' particular needs and financial situations; develops a coordinated protection plan; obtains underwriting approval; completes coverage; provides continuing service; provides death benefits.

Consider our Exclusive Agent Program an entrepreneurial opportunity that is not a franchise but offers many of the same advantages as a franchise without the royalty or sign-on fees. As with any start-up business, accessible capital is necessary as is your Property & Casualty, Life, Accident and Health Licenses. Series 6 and 63 are a plus.

Qualifications Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people. Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data. Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively. Consistently identifies new sources of business. Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products. Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility. High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Property and Casualty License preferred but not required.
