Sales Supervisor in Training – Outbound/Inbound



40 + hours a week

Job Description/General Summary:


Complete a 6 month training program in order to qualify to supervise Terminix contact center sales floor with fellow floor supervisors to achieve sales budgets and enforce business rules. Monitoring, training and effective use of company resources to achieve company goals. Other associated duties as assigned.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Generate and analyze multiple reports in order to make effective decisions regarding assigned team
• Act as liaison between Sales Associate, Customers, Call Center Management and Branches

• Work effectively within various systems: Excel, Word, Outlook, Mission, Webview, Verint, etc…. 
• Availability to be scheduled for shift(s) Monday through Sunday 5:00a.m.-12:00midnight. Shifts subject to change. Work additional time as necessary and/or as directed by management to accomplish team and company goals.
• Hold associates accountable to company policy and meeting minimum performance metrics via our performance improvement process.
• Motivate personnel by utilizing high energy and innovative ideas.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High School diploma/GED minimum required.. Must have minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of 7 or more associates in a call center or sales environment. Strong oral (telephone) and written communication skills. Able to work full range of hours as needed (specified above). Able to adjust to all shift changes quickly based on business or seasonal business needs.
