Description: 

§ Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services

§ Assist Customer Service Manager and Senior Project Manager in creating and maintaining online document repositories

§ Assist in creation and implementation of divisional procedures and documentation needs

§ Assist Director of Sales with general marketing and account management tasks



 



Requirements:

§ Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

§ Excellent Computer Skills

§ Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills

§ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

§ Strong interpersonal skills

§ Effective time management

§ Customer Support experience
