Summary: Works with internal personnel and external customers to streamline the processes used in the sales, customer service, and production departments. Responsibilities: Other duties may be assignedWork with the Sales Manager to learn the current processes with respect to customer service, sales, and production.Compiles and analyzes data, and develops processes for action in the customer service, sales, and production departments. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports to be used in developing a course of action. Contacts external customers to gather information about the current processes and works to develop ones that are more efficient, customer focused, and streamlined. Maintains the newly created processes to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Pays $45-55K DOE.
