Sales and Marketing

A successful electronic security company with headquarters in Southeastern Massachusetts is planning rapid expansion throughout the Northeast.  As a first step, we are seeking two entrepreneurial-minded Marketing & Sales Representatives for our Southeastern Massachusetts/Rhode Island territory.  Successful candidates must have at least two years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment and possess a proven track record in meeting and exceeding a sales quota.

The ideal candidate should have prior success with cold calling, and qualifying and closing sales.  In addition, you must be able to sell in a competitive marketplace, show competence in managing a sales territory and in developing and executing a sales plan.  You must also possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Along with your past successes, you must be trainable, self-motivated and have a desire to earn over $75- $80K in your first year.

Prior experience in the security industry is not required, but is a strong plus.

We are offering a comprehensive compensation package that includes base salary plus commission, along with a company car, health benefits and a 401K plan.

We will also provide extensive product and sales training, as well as qualified leads.
