Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Fuld & Company (www.fuld.com), a leading Competitive Intelligence consulting firm headquartered in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and support the marketing and business development initiatives and company projects led by the VP of Sales and the President.
Position Responsibilities:
Support business development efforts and make recommendations for improvementConduct research on new prospects and/or industries as needed Coordinate the creation of early sales support materials, including presentations and case studiesMaintain current library of prospects in each industry sectorBuild customized capabilities Power Point presentations, selecting the appropriate abstracts to support the business caseWrite collateral material such as personnel bios, PDF flyers, company offering brochures, ad copy for conference booksDraft support for proposal writing, and final edit proofingMaintain master abstract document containing all engagement descriptionsMaintain inventory of promotional materialsAssemble sales literature and fulfill requests for literatureCoordinate client holiday card effortPipeline administrative updates plus building quarterly sales metric documentsCreates mailers, brochures and sales presentations by determining design concept; formatting content and graphics; developing presentation formats and materials; arranging printing Support for company web site inquiry – follow up, and data base entry. Support project managers with hard copy and electronic filing systemsDevelop proficiency in query function on internal client databaseCoordinate Fuld’s conference/industry/forum/speaking engagements opportunities and support preparation efforts as appropriate including registration, reservations, marketing collateral and special promotion materials, exhibiting requirements, booth layout design, auditing booth components post event, managing shipping and display items, T & E details, input of new contact into firm database, follow up administration and mailings, etc.Conference Attendance Planning – maintain firm-wide master calendar
Skills & EducationA minimum of 3-5 years of marketing or sales administrative experienceProfessional Services employment experience a plusAbility to interact with all levels of management, plus demonstrated client service supportDemonstrated proofreading skills and attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Power PointGraphics software experience and/or Front page, with additional support from professional graphics vendorExcellent writing skills ranging from simple business correspondence in letters and e-mails to crafting marketing messages and customized biographies for firm employeesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceMust be able to work independently in a results driven environment.
