Sales and Merchandise Coordinator

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Merchandise Management
-  Work closely with major manufacturers on item availability and shipping status
-  Ensure sufficient inventory levels throughout the year to meet customer and recipient demand
-  Manage marginal requirements and best shipping options for numerous warehoused items
-  Assist Merchandise Manager on product selections and vendor availability
-  Analyze ongoing program results to identify trends and key insight to help meet and exceed company goals

Sales/Client Management
-  Provide daily account management, including contact with distributors via phone, email 
-  Develop, manage and coordinate program strategies for multiple clients at once
-  Create and present proposals detailing strategies and solutions to accomplish program goals
-  Provide leadership and recommendations to clients by understanding and interpreting their objectives
-  Develop an ongoing relationship with distributors to ensure repeat business
-  Coordinate with management to establish best practices

Qualified candidates will possess:
-  Experience working with all Microsoft Office products
-  Strong oral and written communication skills
-  A desire to work with multiple groups of people and also be a proactive self-starter
-  A 4 year degree or experience with sales account management preferred
